After this warning from Facebook, India's Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-in) has advised all Indians to update their WhatsApp immediately. For this, go to your mobile's play store and search for WhatsApp. As soon as WhatsApp appears, click on the Update button.
Now let me tell you what will happen in it. In this, you will get an MP4 file from an unknown person's number. As soon as you open that file, the hacking process will start. This video will play like any normal video, but once it is played, the hacker will get access to your phone.
Every user will have to go to his WhatsApp to see whether it is updated or not. Its version must be at least 2.19.274 for Android and 2.19.100 for iPhone. To check the version of your WhatsApp, go to WhatsApp settings and click on Help. In it, you will see the app info section. Clicking on it will show its version.
